What’s Included

• Primary Logo Design: Custom-designed logo tailored to your business, provided in full color, black/white, and transparent PNG formats. High & Low Res.
• Business Survey & Intake Form: A comprehensive form that collects key business insights, including goals, challenges, mission, audience, and current marketing activity
• 45 -Minute Discovery Call: Strategy call to align on your brand goals, audience priorities, tone of voice, and growth objectives
• Font Selection: Two professionally matched fonts for headings and body copy, suitable for web and print
• Color Palette: 3-5 brand colors with HEX codes and suggestions for usage (backgrounds, accents, buttons, etc.
• Mood Board: A curated collage of textures, inspiration images, typography, and visual tone to guide your brand aesthetic
• 4 Social Media Templates: Canva-based templates (post or story formats) aligned with your brand, ready for customization and reuse
• Mini Brand Guide (PDF): 5-page PDF with usage examples for your logo, font pairing instructions, and color values. 

What You Need to Provide

To begin the Branding Intensive, clients must submit: 

• Completed Branding Intake Survey, including: 

• Business name, target audience, mission/vision 

• Example brands you like (and why) 

• Existing brand materials (if applicable) 

• Logo Inspiration (optional but helpful: screenshots, Pinterest boards, links) 

• Access to Canva Pro account for template delivery

Note: Canva Pro subscription is not included and must be purchased by the client separately.

What’s Not Included 

To keep this sprint affordable and focused, the following are not included unless quoted separately: 

• Copywriting for mission/vision/brand story 

• Photography or stock image sourcing 

• Additional collateral design (flyers, packaging, business cards) 

• More than 2 logo concepts  

• Full brand guidelines (multi-page PDF)

Timeline & Revisions

• Delivery is completed within 10 business days following the discovery call. 

• Includes one round of feedback — revisions must be submitted at one time. 

• Minor post-delivery tweaks may be made at our discretion. Additional edits will be billed at $65/hour.

Website Add-On – Need a Website? Tell us your special needs and we will give you a quote. These can also be built in 10 business days and start at just $2,500.
