- Ideal Customer Persona Brief: A written profile of your most valuable customer segment(s)
- Channel Recommendations & Execution Tools: Custom suggestions on what platforms and tactics to prioritize
What You Need to Provide
Before the sprint can begin, clients must submit:
- Completed Marketing Strategy Survey
- Access to or reports from current platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights, email performance, ad data)
- Clarification on internal goals, resources available (team, budget, tech stack), and past campaign results (if any)
- Logo and brand materials (to align messaging tone)
What’s Not Included
To keep the Strategy Sprint lean and actionable, the following are not included unless separately quoted:
- Copywriting or content creation
- Brand or visual identity development
- Ad setup or platform management
- CRM or software integration/setup
- Full competitive analysis (basic benchmarking is included)
If you’d like ongoing execution or support based on your strategy sprint, we offer monthly consulting or retainers at a preferred rate.
Timeline & Revisions
- Delivery is completed within 10 business days following the discovery call.
- Includes one round of feedback — revisions must be submitted at one time.
- Minor post-delivery tweaks may be made at our discretion. Additional edits will be billed at $65/hour.
