What You Need to Provide 

To begin the Branding Intensive, clients must submit: 

  • Completed Branding Intake Survey, including: 
  • Business name, target audience, mission/vision 
  • Example brands you like (and why) 
  • Existing brand materials (if applicable) 
  • Logo Inspiration (optional but helpful: screenshots, Pinterest boards, links) 
  • Access to Canva Pro account for template delivery

Note: Canva Pro subscription is not included and must be purchased by the client separately.

What’s Not Included 

To keep this sprint affordable and focused, the following are not included unless quoted separately: 

  • Copywriting for mission/vision/brand story 
  • Photography or stock image sourcing 
  • Additional collateral design (flyers, packaging, business cards) 
  • More than 2 logo concepts  
  • Full brand guidelines (multi-page PDF)

What You Need to Provide

Before the sprint can begin, clients must submit:

  • Access to or reports from current platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights, email performance, ad data) 
  • Clarification on internal goals, resources available (team, budget, tech stack), and past campaign results (if any) 
  • Logo and brand materials (to align messaging tone) 

What’s Not Included

To keep the Strategy Sprint lean and actionable, the following are not included unless separately quoted: 

  • Copywriting or content creation 
  • Brand or visual identity development 
  • Ad setup or platform management 
  • CRM or software integration/setup 
  • Full competitive analysis (basic benchmarking is included) 

 If you’d like ongoing execution or support based on your strategy sprint, we offer monthly consulting or retainers at a preferred rate.

What You Need to Provide 

To begin your Social Media Branding Kit, the client must: 

  • Complete the Social Media Intake Form 
  • Grant full admin access to existing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) – if needed. 
  • Provide any existing brand assets (logo, fonts, color codes, image library, hashtags) 
  • Submit 3–5 accounts you admire (for tone and design reference)

Canva Pro subscription is not included in this package. The client must purchase or already have an active account. We can work with the basic and free Canva version but it will limit the design quality.  

What’s Not Included

To keep this sprint effective and focused, the following are not included unless quoted separately: 

  • Social media management or post scheduling 
  • Video editing or reel creation 
  • Influencer outreach or partnership strategy 
  • Paid social ad setup or performance tracking 
  • Content writing for individual posts

We offer social media management retainers if you’d like help executing your strategy after delivery.

No Bait and Switch – know exactly what you will get before you sign up!

 

Onboarding & Process 

All packages include one initial discovery call (45 minutes) and one feedback session (45 minutes). To begin, the client must: 

  • Complete our onboarding survey in full. 
    This includes items such as: 
  • Business name, website URL, social handles 
  • Login credentials (if access is needed) 
  • Mission & vision statement 
  • Growth goals 
  • Branding assets (logo, colors, fonts, etc.) 
  • Any background materials helpful to the strategy 

 

Timeline 

  • Once your survey is submitted, we will review it within 2 business days. 
  • After confirming receipt of all necessary items, we’ll schedule your discovery call within 2 business days or as your schedule allows. 
  • Following the call, your deliverables will be completed within 10 business days. 

Timelines begin only after all requested inputs are received in full. Incomplete or delayed submissions will result in project rescheduling. 

Payment: Payment will be received in full up front. Only once Payment is received will we send you the Intake Survey.

 

Feedback & Edits 

  • After you receive your deliverables, a 45-minute feedback session is included. 
  • We allow one round of revisions. Please be as specific and thorough as possible in your feedback. All feedback must be returned at once in an organized document. 
  • After the first round of revisions is done, minor post-delivery tweaks may be made at our discretion. 
  • Additional revisions are billed at $65/hour. 

“Minor revisions include small text changes, layout refinements, or 1-2 color adjustment. They do not include redesigns, rebriefing, or strategic changes.”

 

Terms & Conditions 

Applicable to all discounted marketing sprint packages offered by Laudt Creative

Project Scope & Delivery Timelines

  • All services are fixed-scope and priced for streamlined execution. No additional input or meetings will be provided beyond what is outlined. 
  • Timelines begin only once all required materials and access have been received in full and confirmed by Laudt Creative. 
  • Once confirmed, the following timeframes apply: 
  • Individual packages: 10 business days 
  • Bundle package: 15 business days 
  • Rush projects are not available under this pricing model.

 

Client Responsibilities

To begin the project, the client agrees to: 

  • Submit a fully completed onboarding survey. 
  • Provide access to relevant platforms (e.g., social media accounts, Canva, website builders). 
  • Share login credentials, brand assets (logo, fonts, colors), and any supporting information such as mission, vision, or goals. 
  • Supply any requested content in a clearly organized format (e.g., website copy in bullet points labeled by page). 

Failure to provide necessary information may result in delays or forfeiture of project slot.

 

Feedback & Revisions 

  • One (1) feedback call (45 minutes) and one round of revisions are included in each package. 
  • Revisions must be submitted all at once, in writing. 
  • Minor edits (e.g., small text updates, font swaps) may be made at Laudt Creative’s discretion after the revision round is complete. 
  • Any additional changes beyond the one included round will be billed at $65/hour, with prior client approval.

 

Social Media Access Requirements 

For the Social Media Branding Kit: 

  • Client must grant full access to their social media accounts and analytics dashboards. 
  • Access to Canva Pro is required. Client must provide login credentials and is responsible for Canva Pro’s subscription cost. 
  • Without full access, Laudt Creative reserves the right to delay or cancel the project with no refund.

 

Platform Access & Security 

  • Clients are responsible for updating credentials and removing access after project completion if desired. 
  • Laudt Creative will never share or misuse client credentials. All access is used strictly for project-related purposes.

 

Refunds & Cancellations 

  • These promotional packages are non-refundable once work has begun. 
  • If a project is canceled by the client after onboarding has started but before delivery, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Laudt Creative, minus any work completed and time spent. 
  • If Laudt Creative is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be refunded the unused portion of their payment.

 

Legal & Ownership 

  • All final deliverables become the property of the client upon final payment and delivery. 
  • Draft files, working documents, and unused concepts remain the property of Laudt Creative unless otherwise agreed upon. 
  • Laudt Creative reservces the right to use deliverables for case studies to promote the agency’s services.

 

Agreement to Terms 

By engaging in any of the discounted “From Blank to Branded” packages or submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
